Some patients are too frail or unwell to travel to the surgery even for routine care. In such cases, please call the surgery to let us know that a visit may be required.
Unfortunately, home visits are time consuming and mean less time for other patients. It's also not possible to provide the same standard of care during a home visit, so we only provide them where there is a clinical need.
We appreciate the effort that patients make to come to the surgery. We provide free tea and coffee and wi-fi in our waiting room as a thank you to the friends and family who help in getting patients to and from the practice.
