Unfortunately, our dispensing budget is linked to our prescribing interval. Trouble for us (at the far reaches of your footprint) is we have no fax to request therefore we have a 26 mile round trip specially to hand in the repeat request (you don't like the requests by 'phone understandably as an emergency may be coming in), then a further 26 mile round trip to collect the prescription when it's ready. Would also be useful (and save us a lot of fuel and associated costs) if we could possibly order more than one months worth of medication at a time too. Really good to hear that things are moving in the right direction though.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
